Dishing Divas Episode #4

"Dishing Divas" is a monthly web series for queens by queens, where we bring you the latest T with an extra large piece of our minds.

On this episode, our resident pageant queens, Ari KiKi & Jiggly Caliente, lead the discussion about local and national drag pageants. We cover all of the major competitions - Miss Gay America, Miss Continental, Miss Gay USofA - as well as local pageants, past and present - Miss Barracuda, Miss Industry, and Our Lady of Saliva, among others.

The Divas also share some of their favorite DIY recipes:

  • If you've ever suffered the embarrassment of a fragrant BM, fear no more! Mary Kona saves the day with her homemade PooPourri.
  • Drag makeup is notoriously difficult to remove - we've all had foundation behind our ears the day after drag. That's no fun for cuddling! Betty Washburn helps you stay squeaky clean and residue-free with her all-natural & economical makeup remover.

Make sure you stick around until the end of the episode. We predict who will win RuPaul's Drag Race Season 8 & pick our dream queens for Season 9!

Dishing Divas Episode #2

"Dishing Divas" is a monthly web series for queens by queens, where we bring you the latest in drag T and give you advice on how to be the best Diva you can be!

On this episode, we bring you the honest T on how to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to makeup, hair, undergarments, and accessories. The key to looking like a million bucks is by being a smart shopper. If you drop all your coin on one wig,  you can't paint your face and still afford the rent on your Upper East Side Townhouse!

Ari Kiki & Jiggly Caliente dish about the New York premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 8. Hometown girls Acid Betty, Bob The Drag Queen, and Thorgy Thor slayed with their red carpet looks. In fact, Thorgy might have eaten a few cameramen on her way in.

Jiggly has a few things to say to Filipino Congressman Manny Pacquiao. The former boxing champion and sports icon said that gay couples were "worse than animals," sparking a worldwide backlash. She reads him for filth in an emotional segment you can only see on "Dishing Divas."

Miss Universe KiKi 2015 w. Jiggly Caliente

Founded in 1952, the Miss Universe pageant has become the Grande Dame of the pageant world and the most coveted title for competitors. Each year, women from all over the world vie for the chance to be Miss Universe and represent their countries on a global scale.

Jiggly Caliente is the world's #1 Miss Universe expert. Jiggly can rattle off an extensive list of who won, placed, and tripped going back several years. This is her Super Bowl and she chose to watch it this year with Betty Washburn & Mary Kona. Betty and Mary are no strangers in pageants, having placed 50th and 51st, respectively, in the 2015 Miss Woodside pageant!

Check out the video of our commentary below and find out why this year's pageant was especially gag-worthy:

Riding the Subway in Drag with Bob The Drag Queen

Although we run all over New York interviewing queens and going out in drag as Betty Washburn and Mary Kona, we do so in comfort. We have only ever driven or taken cabs when in drag. Our good friend and NYC nightlife star, Bob The Drag Queen, however, takes the train to all of her gigs. In FULL DRAG! So, what better way to pop our train drag cherries than to do it with Bob herself.

Watch our latest video and experience our underground adventure as we descend into the depths of the New York City Subway in drag for the very first time. Along the way, we meet some interesting characters and learn that the fear is all in our wigs. Taking the train in drag was just like getting to our day jobs, only FIERCER!!
