Compared to previous Grizzly KiKi guests, Jeff Poulin is a Queen of a different color. In fact, he doesn't consider himself to be a Drag Queen at all. Instead, Jeff, who uses his given name as his "Stage" name, falls into a gray area under the "Drag" umbrella. As he chooses to keep his beard when in face, it is quite easy to put him in the niche of "Bearded Queens." In 2014, he graced the cover of Next Magazine's State of Drag Issue, which proclaimed 2014 the "Year Of The Bearded Queen." However, Jeff is far more than a bearded queen.
Mr./Ms. Poulin is a beautiful and ethereal creature of the night - a cross between a superhuman androgynous beauty queen and, occasionally, an aging biker mom. His looks are well-curated combinations of couture and vintage pieces, thrift store finds, and DIY elements. His beauty and immaculately manicured facial hair is truly a sight to behold that will confuse and entice anyone who encounters him. As Next Magazine so succinctly put it, he is a "Fuzzy-Faced Femme Fatale."
